The settlement is situated in a zone of villas and low-rise residential areas. Certain land books are already received. The detailed planning of the settlement approved in 2005 provides for construction of one-family and two-family houses as well as twin houses.

Location

SPROSTI settlement offered by the companies of LANGE UN KOMPANIJA/LK CITI for low-rise residential development is located in the territory of Marupe Region in a dedicated quarter (land parcels from 9 to 15 - look at the land plots plan). Total area of the settlement is 2.4 hectares. The position of plots in the settlement is unique - a small beautiful forest grove protects the area from prying eyes on the north side. The area of certain sites ranges from 1400 to 1700 sq. m. It is possible to drive up to SPROSTI-B settlement from Loka street and Priezu street, having a good asphalt covering, the main entrance is planned to be created along Auzina street.

Area

The settlement is located in the central part of Jaunmarupe, in close proximity to a private sector near Loka street. The distance from the settlement to Riga ring road is only 1 km, to the border of Riga - 8 km, and to the Old city - 14 km.
