We offer for rent an apartment Santa in Riga located on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey family hotel EcOlive Loft. Completely renovated in 2015, the wooden eco-building is located in a quiet green district, 4 km from the center of Riga and a few minutes walk from the Arkadia Park. The hotel has only 15 apartments. Thanks to a small number of residents, a friendly, homely atmosphere reigns here.

Loft studio with a total area of ​​24 square meters is designed for long-term living 1-2 people: friends, girlfriends or a young couple. In a small space there are all functional areas necessary for life: a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, the places for sleeping, studying or working, and receiving guests. Such an apartment is ideal for students, managers or business travelers, for whom priority is given to comfortable accommodation for a small rent in transport accessibility from the historical and business center of Riga.
