Apartment "EcOlive Loft: Maja 10"

The low-cost, cozy loft apartment Maja is on the attic floor of the small family EcOlive Hotel, in a quiet green area, a few minutes walk from the Arcadia Park and the Riga Plaza shopping center, not far from the student center in Tornyakalns. The hotel has a total of 15 apartments. Due to the small number of guests, the hotel has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

The attic apartment of 33 square meters is suitable for 1-2 people: students, managers, pilots and flight attendants from Airbaltic for whom proximity to the historic center of the capital (4 km) and Riga Airport (9 km) is important. If desired, an apartment can be rented by two friends or girlfriends sharing the cost of renting equally.

The apartment is rented with designer renovation and is divided into functional zones which have everything you need for a long comfortable stay: modern high-quality furniture, household appliances and accessories.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms of the hotel and the rooms are cleaned once a month. On-site parking is equipped with video surveillance. The public transport is near. If desired, the tenants can connect to the local Internet and use a number of additional services for a fee.

The cooking and eating area is separated from the rest of the apartment with a wall. The corner kitchen with spacious storage systems and a convenient deep sink is equipped with a built-in hob and a high-quality hood. Opposite are the dining table and chairs. Living room

The living room is decorated in a trendy minimalist style. The recreation area (spacious corner sofa, LCD-TV) is bordered by the working area (computer desk and chair). A well-thought-out artificial lighting gives special charm to the interior in the evening.
