This little studio is located in the small family-friendly hotel "EcOlive", in an ecologically clean district of Riga, near the "Arcadia" Park, shopping center "Riga Plaza" and only 4 km from the Presidential Palace in the Old Town. There are only 15 apartments in a 3-storey wooden eco-building, which was renovated in 2015. Thanks to the small number of residents, there is a quiet and friendly atmosphere.

Apartment “EcOlive” 25 with a total area of ​​24 sq.m is meant for one person - a student or a young specialist for whom the proximity to the center and the main educational institutions in Riga is important. The interior of the studio is designed in a modern minimalist style. In a small room, designers have succeeded in creating all the functional areas needed for a comfortable living: a bathroom with shower, a kitchen, a place for sleeping and studying as well as guests. There is no sense of narrowness: 3 windows completely fill the room with the natural light.

There’s an optical internet connection and free Wi-Fi access. A few meters from the complex there is a public transport stop. At the disposal of drivers at the building there are two car parks: car parking in the complex area and free on the street.


There’s a window in the ergonomic kitchen that’s why additional lighting during the day is not needed. Kitchen consists of large kitchen cabinets, cooking area and sink. The kitchen has an electric stove, a cooker hood, small fridge, an electric kettle and a set of dishes.


Living room

There’s a corner sofa, armchairs and a small table. Living area is combined with a dining area. The wall above the sofa is decorated with a desiger poster. There is an LCD TV between the windows. All furniture is mobile and can be moved if the tenant wants.



The bathroom has ventilation, a Warm Floor system, a shower cabin, a European-style plumbing and all the necessary accessories. The walls are decorated with snow-white, patterned tiles. A large mirror above the sink is equipped with an upper illumination. To provide more comfort, there is a hairdryer and a gas heating towel dryer.


The sleeping area is combined with a living area. It is located opposite the window, equipped with Roman blinds. If necessary, they can completely obscure the daylight. A comfortable, double corner sofa, which turns into a spacious sleeping area at night, serves as the bed.
